6.1.5. Removal and installation of injectors of fuel and fuel distributive highway

Components of installation of injectors and fuel distributive highway

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Dump pressure in a power supply system (see. Undressed Sbrasyvaniye pressure in a power supply system).
  2. Remove a sleeve of an air inlet and assembly of covers of an air purifier (see. Section Removal and installation of components of an inlet air path).
  3. Remove a basic arm of the inlet pipeline (see. Section Removal and installation of the inlet pipeline).
  4. Disconnect from the fuel distributive highway a fuel hose and закупорьте it to prevent leakages of fuel.
  5. Disconnect electroconducting of injectors and take her aside. If separation of sockets is complicated, it can be made after removal of assembly of the fuel distributive highway and injectors from a head of cylinders.
  6. Turn out bolts of fastening of the fuel distributive highway (at first – a bolt located closer to a back part of the engine) and remove from a head of cylinders assembly of the distributive highway and injectors.

Do not allow, that sprays of injectors concerned other parts.

  1. Remove injectors from the distributive highway, previously having extended an injector clamp.

Remove injectors without a distortion, do not damage sprays. Do not drop injectors, do not assort and do not regulate.

  1. At installation of sealing rings of injectors remember the following things:
    • The top and bottom sealing rings differ from each other, establish them according to color marking: the brown – from the distributive highway, and black – from the cylinder;
    • Establish sealing rings barehanded, do not put on a glove;
    • Before installation grease sealing rings with impellent oil;
    • Do not clear sealing rings solvents;
    • Sealing rings and surfaces interfaced to them should be pure from extraneous materials;
    • Do not scratch sealing rings tools or nails, do not braid and do not stretch a ring.
  1. Establish a new clamp (3) in the corresponding groove (2) on an injector (1). The bracket (5) clamps should come on a ledge (4) on an injector. Be convinced that the clamp does not concern a sealing ring. Otherwise replace a sealing ring.
  1. Establish an injector (1) exactly to the distributive highway (6). Cut (8) on a clamp should come into a ledge (7) on the distributive highway, and the flange (10) should sit reliably in a flute (9) clamps.
  2. Make sure that the injector does not rotate and does not leave the distributive highway. Repeat procedure, since point 9 for other injectors.
  3. Establish assembly of injectors and the fuel distributive highway on a head of cylinders, not the admission of a contact of sprays with other parts, and tighten bolts of fastening of assembly at first with effort of 11.8 ÷ 13.8 N • m, and then – with effort of 20.8 ÷ 28.2 N • m.

At first it is necessary to tighten a bolt, near to a forward part of the engine.

  1. Connect to the distributive highway a fuel hose and reliably tighten its collar.
  1. Establish a basic arm of the inlet pipeline and tighten its fixing bolts in the sequence, the specified naillyustratsiya, at first by hand, and then with effort of 6.9 ÷ 9.5 N • m (bolt No. 1) or 8.4 ÷ 10.8 N • m (bolts No. 2 and No. 3).
  1. Further installation is made in sequence, return to an order of dismantle of components.
  2. After installation include ignition (without starting the engine) after pressure creation in a power supply system make sure of absence of leakages of fuel. Then start the engine and again check fuel lines on existence of leaks.
