6.1.4. Removal and installation of components of an inlet air path

Removal

The description of removal and installation of the case of an air purifier and replacement of a filtering element is provided in the Section Replacement of a filtering element of an air purifier; the description of removal and installation of the inlet pipeline is provided in the Section Removal and installation of the inlet pipeline.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Separate the socket of electroconducting of the MAP sensor and remove the sensor.
  2. Separate the socket of electroconducting and a vacuum hose, and then – Ý/m the valve of management of a purge of an absorber of EVAP.
  3. Remove an air inlet sleeve. For this purpose remove clamps in its forward part, turn it on a corner approximately the 90th hail. also extend from the air purifier case.
  4. Remove the air purifier case together with a filtering element (see. The section Replacement of a filtering element of an air purifier) and a hose сапуна transmissions.
  1. Remove air purifier covers assembled from the inlet pipeline, having pulled them up with evenly enclosed effort. For this purpose previously separate the electroconducting socket from the butterfly valve activator, separate a vacuum hose of the amplifier of brakes and turn out bolts in sequence, return, specified illustrations.

  1. Turn out coupling bolts of covers of an air purifier in sequence, return, specified illustrations. Separate covers from each other.
  1. Remove from the top cover of an air purifier the butterfly valve activator. Do not assort the activator and do not subject it to power influences.

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Establish the activator (1) butterfly valve on the top cover (2) air purifiers. For this purpose establish laying (3) on a flange, then laying (4) on an external groove in the butterfly valve channel from the top cover of an air purifier, and in summary tighten bolts of fastening of the activator. After a detachment of electroconducting of the activator it is necessary to program the provision of the closed butterfly valve and the provision of idling (see. The section Programming of basic values for a control system of the engine).
  1. Tighten coupling bolts of covers of an air purifier in the sequence specified an illustrations at first with effort of 1.9 ÷ 2.2 N • by m, and then with effort of 3.8 ÷ 4.4 N • m.
  1. Establish assembly of covers of an air purifier on the inlet pipeline as it is described below in points 4-6.
  1. Establish laying (1) on the inlet pipeline and laying (2) on the PCV channel. The ledge (4) on the case should enter into a cut (3) on laying.
  1. Place assembly of covers of an air purifier on the inlet pipeline, at the same time inserting ledges in a back part into openings in the PCV channel on a cover of a head of cylinders.
  1. Tighten bolts of fastening of covers of an air purifier in the sequence specified an illustrations.
  1. Establish the air purifier case with a filtering element (see. The section Replacement of a filtering element of an air purifier) also connect to it an air inlet sleeve.
  2. Establish Ý/m the valve of management of a purge of an absorber of EVAP and the MAP sensor. Make sure that a sealing ring of the MAP sensor and its interfaced surfaces pure.
