2.4.2. Systems of ventilation, heating and air conditioning

General information

On considered cars one of two types of systems of ventilation, heating and can be established To/in: with mechanical and electronic control. With To/in system are completed not all from considered models.

Air gets through a lattice of a fairing of a windscreen and gets to salon, passing through the filter and if the heater, through its radiator is included. Hold a lattice of a fairing of a windscreen pure from leaves and other garbage, and also periodically replace the salonny filter to achieve from system of ventilation of the maximum return.

Irrespective of type of the block of board these systems, deflectors (two lateral and two central) supply of air in salon is located in identical places (see an illustration Governing bodies and the salon equipment). In lattices of deflectors handles by means of which it is possible to regulate the direction of supply of air are built in, and under lattices there are rotary regulators of intensity of supply of air.

Adjustment of intensity of supply of air

Adjustment of intensity of supply of air is made by means of change of speed of rotation of the fan by means of the corresponding regulator. If the regulator 5 on the illustration Control unit with mechanical adjustment of parameters (type A) on the control unit of type A is established in situation "0", the fan is switched off. On the type B control unit for turning on of the fan and adjustment of its turns press arrows on the corresponding regulator.

Modes of distribution of air

By means of the corresponding switch it is possible to choose the following modes of distribution of air:

— Air arrives in salon via the central and lateral deflectors (to the person);

— Air arrives in salon via the central and lateral deflectors, and also through the bottom ventilating openings (to the person and to feet);

— Air arrives in salon generally through the bottom ventilating openings (to feet);

— Air arrives in salon through nozzles обдува a windscreen and the bottom ventilating openings (on a windscreen and to feet);

— Air arrives generally through nozzles обдува a windscreen. This mode on the block of type B joins and switched off by the separate button (No. 10 on the illustration Control unit with electronic adjustment of parameters (type B)).

On the type B control unit for change of a mode of distribution of air consistently press the MODE button. On the display of the block the pictogram of the current mode of distribution of air, and also the MANUAL indicator is displayed.

Modes of circulation and air forced ventilation

At inclusion of a mode of air circulation (on the block of type A of management for this purpose transfer the switch lever to extreme right situation) the air being in salon of the car circulates on the closed contour. Air outside of the car in salon do not move. The mode of circulation should be used when driving on dusty roads or in a dense stream not to allow hit in salon of the dust, unpleasant smells and the fulfilled gases. Besides, the mode of circulation allows to accelerate considerably decrease in temperature in salon when using К/В.

Do not include an air circulation mode for long time since thus air in salon of the car becomes stuffy, and at windows there is a condensate.

On models with the type B block the mode of air circulation is switched off automatically at mode inclusion обдува a windscreen or by pressing the forced ventilation switch.

The forced ventilation mode (on the type A control unit the lever of the switch is in extreme left situation) is usual working hours of system of ventilation.

Inclusion of a mode of circulation or forced ventilation on the block of type B is accompanied by inclusion To/l, built in the corresponding switch.

Functioning of system of ventilation and heating

The heater starts to function only in process of engine warming up. In a heating mode warm air arrives in salon through the bottom ventilating openings. For normal work of system of heating include modes of forced ventilation and supply of air «to feet», and then establish the demanded temperature and speed of the fan. For acceleration of warming up of cold salon include a circulation mode, however do not forget it to switch off, as soon as air in salon will enough get warm. If together with heating of salon it is required having blown in glasses, change a mode of supply of air to a mode.

On some models it is provided a two-level mode of heating of salon at which external air moves in salon via lateral and central deflectors, and warm air – through the bottom ventilating openings. For inclusion of this mode include forced ventilation, choose a mode of supply of air «to the person and to feet», choose demanded speed of the fan and establish temperature 25 ÷ 32 hail. (on the type A block to this temperature there corresponds the provision of a regulator between average and extreme right provisions).

For removal from glasses of condensate of AI of hoarfrost include forced ventilation, establish a mode обдува glasses, the fan turn on on average turns, and a regulator of temperature establish between central and extreme right provisions. Lateral deflectors establish so that the air stream from them went to lateral glasses. For removal acceleration from glasses of hoarfrost include a circulation mode.

On models with the type B block for removal from condensate and hoarfrost glasses it is enough to include in an automatic mode a mode обдува glasses.

To/in system

The To/in system is intended for receiving air temperature in salon below temperature of external air. The system works only at air temperature above-5 hail and at the working engine since the To/in compressor is given from a cranked shaft of the engine. At the included To/in system (to it testifies To/l, built in the switch) consumption of fuel increases.

For receiving the maximum return from To/in system at its use close windows and the top hatch. Keep in mind that cooled air is drained, therefore To/in it is possible to use for removal from condensate glasses. For To/in system maintenance in working condition include it at least once a month for 10 minutes.

At substantial increase of temperature of OZh To/in it can automatically be switched off to reduce load of the engine.

Automatic control (only models with the type B block)

At inclusion of an automatic mode working parameters of systems of heating, ventilation and To/in steal up so that to maintain the set temperature automatically.

For temperature stabilization in salon the sun sensor is used, do not close it not to break operation of automatic equipment. If necessary it is possible to change manually a mode of supply of air, will include a circulation or forced ventilation mode, and also to adjust fan turns. At modification of an automatic mode on the display the MANUAL indicator lights up. For switching off of system press the button 7 on the illustrations Control unit with electronic adjustment of parameters (type B).
